As customers here that is difficult to answer without you letting us know what you have, so do you just have a sim or a sim and a device ?

Hi @Juneybabe09  we are fellow customers here so can only guess but has an offer ended ? Are you at the end of the minimum term ? Roaming charges ? Premium rate calls or texts ? MMS ? Are future bills higher ? Compare it to last bill and see what it says ?
