Which is a second phone my mother uses on 31/5 had a call £32:50 that was a whatts app call .
my sister at the time told mother she'd not recognised the country. Please explain this to me .

Incase you are not aware @SallyB61 you are not talking to Sky as this is a community where customers help each other so more details are required, are you saying the £32.50 charge is for making a call via Whats App ?

Did she receive or make the call?
There's some scams where a caller leaves a message to call them back but the call is charged at a premium rate when the caller believes it's a local call.
