Having trouble activating my husbands phone.

When I try to link the sky ID it keeps coming up with. 

We are experiencing difficulties 

This has been going on for the full day. It's really frustrating as he needs his phone and new number.

You can call Sky if you are unable to do it online.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
