Hi there.
Had Sky TV and broadband for over 20 years. Just purchased sky mobile but been unable to link to sky ID. Spent hours on the phone speaking to at least 3 different people who got me to change my e mail several times from my sky e mail to my iCloud e mail but still it wouldn't link to my sky ID. I was told it was escalated but heard nothing.
please can anybody help me?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
