You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

Not defending what you've said you heard but some agents work from home so could it have been young children in the background.

You are not talking to other customers here and not Sky but what we can tell you is that your call is routed to the next available agent no matter where they are.
