Query monthly payment

I have paid off some of my phone contracts but yet I am still being charged for them why?

Hi @MariaJordan You are not talking directly to SKY only customers, you will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor about account queries!

Did the payments go on your accommodate towards the devices or did you in error end up a credit to your Sky bill ?
