Problems linking to imsger and activating sim

Hi, 

 

my imsger and factime unlinked from my sim/number and despite several attempts at fixing it it didn'y change. 

I ordered a new sim followed the activation but 3hrs later the sim still isnt activated.

 

Any ideas in how to fix it?

- In Settings, ensure your phone number is showing up in the phone screen under my number

- In Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, untick your number

- In Settings > Facetime, untick your number

- In Settings > Messages, turn off iMessage

- In Settings > Facetime, turn off facetime

- Restart the phone

- In Settings > Messages, turn on iMessage

- In settings > Messages > Send & Receive, tick your number

- In Settings > Facetime, turn on Facetime and then tick your number

 

IMessage and Facetime should show waiting for activation. You should then get it activated after a few minutes.

I have left if to see if it improves and links up and lets me use it and it still won't link to my phoen number I still have no imessenger it facetime and nothing seems ti be fixing it.
