Problems acquiring the Sky mobile plan

I'm having an issue when trying to sign up and complete the payment. After I enter my card details and approve the transaction in my banking app, the Sky Mobile website freezes and the page goes completely blank.
I’ve already tried everything different browsers, different devices (PC and phone), clearing cookies, and even using different cards, but the issue still happens.
Could someone please help me? I want to move my phone number to Sky, but I can’t finish the process because the website stops working right after I approve the bank transaction.

Hi @Felipe5  you will need to find a way to call sky to see if they can order the sim for you.

I searched for the phone number and couldn't find it. I'm at ROI, can anyone help me?
