Problem with upgrade

My phone has not long ago smashed and it's getting worse now and I can't send my phone off to get repaired as I have no other phone to use in the mean time. I can't do an upgrade also due to choosing 48 months by mistake. Is there any help you could give me please? Thankyou

We are all customers here @tina+easy but if your phone needs to be repaired it will have to be sent off so it would be up to you to source a cheap replacement in the meantime.
