Problem delivery no bring
I bought an iPhone 17 cell phone and a headset that would be delivered on December 24. I looked through the camera at the delivery opening the door of my building taking a picture and then taking away my boxes. Summary of everything, I'm so far without my purchases and the Sky company without giving me a solution.
I'm have videos from delivery, I'm send lots email . Nothing solution

Are you saying DPD left you delivery but then someone took it away ?

I'm reading that as the courier arrived at your building, opened the outer door, took a photo and then left taking the package with them. Is that correct?
Have you made a complaint or just sent emails?

Sky will then have to liaise with DPD and Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or issue a deadlock letter.
