Primary number problem

Why doesn't sky show as my primary provider in settings, my old provider still shows

When did you transfer the number over ?

Is this on an iphone ?

If the number isn't correct and it has transferred over have you the refreshing the network settings ?

I changed the number about 6 weeks ago.

it is on IPhone 15

the number has transferred as my primary number but is showing as my previous service provider

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Try refresing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
