Price increase

My price has increased and I don't understand why. It says the discount ends in July but it's October so I don't understand.

Hi @Victorialaflin  if you look at your previous bills and compare it then that should explain what the increase is for.

We obviously can't see your bills. Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. It usually involves roaming charges, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.

July as in this year or next year, if ot is this year then that is why you have seen a price increase.
