Pre order

My pre order is cancelled so why is showing in my sky and also set the direct debit in my account

Hi @Ayush3  this usually happens when you fail the second, more enhanced credit checks carried out by sky. A call to them will confirm but they won't be able to tell you why. It can take a little while for your account to update.
