I've pre ordered the new iPhone 14 pro max 256gb in purple I was told the 16th delivery and then I had a email say it should be here by 30th no later rang up today and I was told it could be the 17th October is any one know when my new iPhone will actually arrive

@Martin. No one on the forum can tell you when it will be delivered as we are all customers here. You will need to keep an eye on your order tracking page.
