Postal scam

I do not have (and have never had) an account with sky mobile, however received a letter in the post 2 weeks ago which looked suspicious saying I owed money on an account. Then this morning I received a debt collection letter about the same thing.

I have tried and failed with multiple communication methods to report this to Sky mobile, and to the debt collection agency, and to ensure it is addressed. However, despite multiple phone calls, online chats (with AI), 2 direct telephone conversations. first with the Sky broadband team, then with Sky mobile team rep who gave me another number to call that does not even work, I am still unable to close this issue down.

I am concerned that Sky do not have a proper channel to report fraud like this, as the mobile rep told me to call the number for the Technical Account Team then gave me a number that does not work.

So far I am unable to get this logged, let alone investigated. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
