I transferred 3 numbers from o2 to sky. Two ported across no problems, the third appears to be incomplete. It can use data and make calls but not receive calls and texts. Four weeks worth of calls and online chats with skys 'technical team' has gotten us nowhere. We've done everything we can think of.
reset network settings, reset the phone, turned on & off, tried the sim in another handset, received a new sim..... still the same.
im trying to cancel this contract but cant get a pac because the number doesn't receive the security codes.
ive one day left of my cooling off period.
i did raise a complaint with sky but its been closed without any resolution.
Another two hours contacting sky yesterday got me nowhere.
again its been raised with the technical team but can take 2-5 days for them to get back to me (they never do come back to me)
It's frustrating when you contact Sky and there's no log of calls made to them.
where do I go from here?
