Poor or no signal..

I have been been with Sky mobile for years & not really had an issue with it.

For months now I have little or no phone service where I work (I work a lot) at home, but I have WiFi there so it's not too noticeable & not there much & various other areas in my hometown.

It's getting really infuriating now,

A service checker said a mast was down, but for months? Can I get released from my sim only contract early? I do need use of my mobile,  that's why I pay for it?  There's not really a way to contact Sky Mobile, is this it?

Hi @SS46  sky are reliant on others fixing the masts as they don't own them. You could call sky and ask to be released but they may well say no as part of the conditions we sign up for state that a signal cannot be guaranteed in all locations.
