I have a son who has epilepsy and I am due to renew and upgrade all four phones in my family. However, this diagnosis with my son has only recently happened, so it is therefore vital that we have good network coverage. I have raised the subject of poor network coverage before and have been told that there is plenty of coverage in my area.
I want to talk to someone before upgrading my phone or moving to a different supplier

As for coverage I found even though Sky's checker showed good 4G in the places I visit the fact was the opposite. I've since left Sky mobile & gone with a rival which give better coverage, faster speed & 5G in more places.

I'm going back to my previous supplier, as their network coverage is far superior to this network. I was also duped by Sky into being told that I would have very good coverage around my area and even checked on their coverage map. This is not the case and would suggest they be a bit more tranparent about data coverage. On the plus side I have over 350gb of data in my piggy bank but im unable to use most of this around my area.

Yeah I am going to pay the early termination fee to be honest, as I need to have at least some data coverage where I live. I have roughly well over 300gb of data left in my piggy bank, which I can't really use. So will go back to Vodafone which is probably has at least 80% better data coverage.

Sky uses the O2 network. WIth O2 people generally find the coverage is good but the data speeds are awful.
When you add O2 and all the virtual networks that use their signal like Sky, Tesco and GiffGaff it has more customers than any other network but also the least amount of spectrum (bandwidth) causing terrible data speeds in many areas.
