Poor customer service

I have tried so many times for 6 weeks for my sky sim mobile to be activated unsuccessful, even up to now and Sky keeps on taking their money through direct debit. I have made several complains even to the CEO, they all do not response. Sky was not like this before, but now is one of the worst companies in the United Kingdom.I asked for my PUK and many times I was told, they will be emailed to me, many weeks up to today, I have not received it. This is the new poor Sky company.

After a complaint has been made Sky will then have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.
