Hello,

 

I currently have an active Sky Mobile number and I recently ordered a new plan with a new SIM.

 

My intention is to keep my existing Sky Mobile number and transfer it to the new SIM. I understand that PAC codes cannot be used for transfers within Sky Mobile.

 

Could you please assist with an internal number transfer (number swap) from my existing SIM to the new one?

 

Please let me know if you need any details from my side.

As we are customers here the only way we can say that you will be able to do this to use a Pac code to transfer the number out to a PAYG network then using another Pac code from them to move it back to the new Sky sim on the new data package.

There is no internal transfer.

 

You either use your existing SIM and data plan or you'll have to transfer the number out of the network and back to the new SIM.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
