Placing an order

I'm trying to place an order I've tried in the app and tried online and when I press check out the circle just goes round it doesn't do anything else

If using a different device or web browser sees the same to happen then all you can do is to call Sky to have them place the order for you. 150 is the number to call from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or a landline phone that is with Sky.
