Placed order not dispatched

Hi placed order 2 days ago signed agreement. Sim and phone showig as in progress but nothing since. Credit agreement cant be found either Never had this problem before what advice do you suggest doing for help with this. Thank you

That will be the latest on your order as there will be orders that do not get dispatched straight away due to stock issues.
