Pixel 10 Pro not delivered

I upgraded my phone to the Pixel 10 pro almost 2 months ago. I still have not recieved the phone. 

When I phoned Sky Mobile a month ago to find out what the issue was. They informed me that they did not have the colour I ordered in stock, and could not tell me when to expect the delivery. 

They were more than happy to order a different colour, but failed to tell me that if I did this I would no longer be eligible for the £250 cashback offer which was the main reason I decided to upgrade in the first place!!! 

They then refused to cancel the contract for the phone which I had not received!! They told me that I would have to wait for the delivery to arrive and then refuse it! What absolute rubbish. When I pushed about my right to cancel, the guy on the phone had clearly had enough of me and fobbed me off. telling me he had opened a case for me, which he hadn't. 

I put in a complaint about this weeks ago, and have not recieved a response. 

 

After this experience I would advice against going with Sky Mobile. They are absolute scam artsits.

Then Sky have up to 8 weeks to either respond or issue you with a deadlock letter.
