I order the Pixel 10 Pro Fold when there was an offer running to claim an extra £300 on trade in. I have just received the phone. Does anyone know how to complete this claim? I have tried going through the trade in process and entering the IMEI of the Pixel 10 but it says invalid code. I am an existing Sky Mobile customer but had tonplace the order on the phone due to a problem with my account. TIA
