Piggybank

Issue with not being able to roll any data at all. Tried multiple times to get help on the phone. Agents are all useless and cannot even manually add data. Guy today said he had never experienced this before. I've now had to buy sims from another provider so family, especially children, have data when travelling. At the point now where I want to leave. I have used the 'complaint' option.  The customer service has been appalling and no help whatsoever.

If these numbers have been with Sky for 12 months or more then you can transfer the numbers by using a pac code to a different network if you want.
