How do I get data out of my piggybank all it says to me is sorry we was unable to roll your data, so how do I get it? Help please!

What a joke rang 150 on Monday to try sort some data out from my piggybank, was on the phone for 2 hours to be told they can't sort it yet can I ring you back Wednesday between 2 and 8 but got no phone call sky are a joke
