Piggybank data for upgrade

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade qnd have a lot of data in my poggybank. Is it possible to upgrade without a data package for now and add on later when it runs out? Thanks in adavnce.

Hi @Lorraine-1802  any phone you use will need a sim with a data plan. You don't have to take an additional plan if you already have a sim, just move your old sim to the new phone.

No.  If you cancel the last data plan on your account the piggybank is lost.

You need an active data plan to maintain it - just change your plan to the lowest available to you.
