My piggy bank hasn't rolled over to my phone

If you move data from your Piggybank to your phone it should be almost instant. If it still isn't showing later this morning give Sky a call by dialling 150 free and an agent can investigate why it hasn't.

I have seen any increase in my piggy bank for several months and why's that?

What do you mean by increase, do you mean any unused data isn't rolling over to your piggybank each month ?

Any unused data within your monthly allowance moves to your piggybank.  That's why you've seen an increase.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
