Piggy bank

I am trying to go to my piggy bank to roll over some days. Every time I click on Manage to go to the part to roll over, it just keeps going to the mobile phone offers. Help! I really need more data from my pot

Call Sky on 150 and they will roll the data for you, let them know of this issue to see if they can also help you with it.
