Piggy bank

Hi, I'm on plan with 25gb+25gb free to give 50gb a month, I take it at the end of each month what's left goes into my piggy bank?. If I change plan for next month say going lower at 14gb will I lose the stored piggy bank gb? Ie if I swap each month up or down will the stored data still be available to use when needed?

Many thanks Trevor

Yes.

No. *Dont forget with the double data offer that if you change your Mix (data plan) the 'double' aspect is lost.*

Yes, for up to 3 years.

Re: Piggy bank

Hi thanks for getting back to me, that's great if the piggy bank keeps topping up even if I switch each month, that way can drop down to save a few pennies each month. I will check when it's time to bank into my piggy. Cheers @Daniel0210

If you reduce your data mix it doesn't take effect until your next billing period. If you increase your data mix it takes effect almost immediately.
