Hi,
I've been trying to access my piggy bank rewards but always get the same message "sorry we can't load your rewards right now" .
I can see this is a common problem, can I ask if there is an issue? Or what should I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky have said that the Piggybank rewards section is being rebuilt hence the error you are getting, it should be ready sometime next month but for bow if you give Sky a call via the free 150 number they can help you with this.
