Piggy bank numbers

Hi. My daughter has lots of data from her iPad in her piggy bank. Her phone is with sky but through her dads account not mine, can I transfer data to this? When I go on piggy bank only the number to her iPad is there and no option to add another.

Piggybank data can not be transferred to devices that are not on the account so if her phone is on her Dads account then she can't use data that is on your account.
