Piggy bank Issues

Hello,

 

I've tried transfering data from my piggy bank onto my mobile phone.

 

I did it twice on 01/07 and twice today (06/07).

 

It deducts data from my piggy bank but doesn't add it to my mobile account.

 

I have used this before many times without issue.

 

Does anyone know how I rectify this please?

We’ve seen a few posts on the forum in the last week or so about this issue. There does seem to be a delay and it seems to be taking a couple of hours rather than the normal almost instant. If the data isn’t showing against your sim in about 24 hours I can only suggest you call Sky. If you keep trying to transfer data you may end up actually moving more than you originally wanted to.

Hi @SallyAnn79  there has been an issue with this recently where instead of being instant it was taking a few hours. If you are saying the transfer from the 1/7 still hasn't gone through then phone sky, free on 150, for help.
