Piggy Bank Data

Up until yesterday I had nearly half a terabyte of data across all my SIMs.  I had taken this from Piggy Bank and put on the  SIMs to prevent it being lost at the start of the new financial year.

 

Today, as the new months data has started, my SIMs have their usual

allotted amount of data, but my Piggy Bank has only 11.5 GB of data.

 

Last year I did exactly the same and it retained my data.

 

I was even advised to do this recently by Sky Mobile advisor when I renewed a SIM.  

Anyone have any ideas what's happened and if I can get some of the piggy bank data back?

Either Sky have updated their systems to remove this back door or the data will reappear in the next day or so.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
