Piggy Bank Data didn't roll back

Good afternoon 

I have been using my spare data that rolls into my Piggy Bank every month until this last month 

This month on my billing date i  was short on my piggy bank rewards 

It appears not all ( if any )of my unused data was returned to me 

Can some-one please help 

I can't use whats app and i am not good on the phone ( hearing not good ) 

I therefore need to communicate by message or text if possible ( or e-mail ) 

Thank you for any advice you may be able to give

Sometimes data can be delayed by a few days so if has been more than a couple of days you will need to find a way of contacting Sky so as you have hearing issues then it might be worth getting yourself registered with Sky's accessibility team as there are additional contact options that will be available to you once you have done this should you need them:

Hi @Anonymous  as well as what has been posted by @caesarome  data now expires 12 months after first rolled into your piggybank unless you roll it back to your sim so it could be some of your data has reached its expiration date.
