I ordered a contract phone yesterday at 8 pm it stated that it has free next day delivery so why is my order now saying Thursday the 26th of February

Next day delivery can not always be granted due to stock issues so this is why you have been given this date in a few days time. The latest on your order should be found here:

 

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

 

When it is due you will get an email or text from DPD with a one hour delivery slot.
