Phone
I was trying to buy a new mobile after adding to basket it shows go to checkout it was loading from 1 hour it doesn't go through

You will have to contact Sky about this so they can place the order for you, so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
