Hi @Juliekilty  when did you return it as usually it takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed, could be longer at the minute with the new iPhone release.

Then as @63johnw has stated it'll take a few weeks for it be processed and checked for damage. Some more information is available here

Be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
