Hi I have a Sim only deal now as I finished my contract, I have ordered a new phone contract from sky but need to cancel my £12 a month sim deal on my old phone so that I'm not being charged, I can't seem to find any information on how to do this, would appreciate if someone can help

You have to call Sky.

If you cancel that SIM then you will lose the phone number associated with it.

If you want to keep your number, yes.  Don't activate any new SIM...
