Phone won’t send a text message

My phone worked for a bout two days to send a text message. Now all text messages say not delivered. I phone 16, brand new from Sky. Sky transferred my number. Everything was fine, texts did send originally but have not sent since October. I have signal, data etc etc. reset my phone, reset network settings, followed previous discussion posts. Chat bot is the biggest waste of time I have ever encountered. Couldn't event understand that I couldn't send a text. 

Any ideas?

Resolved. Called 150 and spoke to an actual person. Woohoo!
