Not easily.
Any new dataplan will have a new phone number and you'll be paying for two.
Either simply move your existing SIM/dataplan to your new phone, ask Sky if they'll apply a new deal on that SIM. If they won't then your only other option is a protracted method of porting the number outside of the network and back to a new SIM/dataplan.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
