I am trying to complete the sky swap. I have revived my new phone and have sent the old one back I don't know what is going to happen now as I have no emails and I don't know the process

Hi @Carole89  it usually takes 2-4 weeks for sky to process returns. You should have tracking information to confirm Sky received you old device. If the valuation is confirmed and it covers your remaining balance then that's it. If the value doesn't cover what's left any difference is added to your next bill.
