Phone swap

I've done a phone swap and changed my mind and want to keep the old phone instead of swapping, how do I let them know?

You will need to contact Sky to discuss. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from your Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. 

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely.
