Phone swap

I've been trying for the last week to replace my iPhone for an iPhone 16e as it approaches the end of its contract, I've tried to process the swap 3 times over the last 10 days, but the order is not showing in my account and I even messaged for help and the Sky support couldn't help. Anyone else having this issue? Any advice? Thanks

Is your issue that you can't see anything regarding your new phone on your account or that you are struggling to actually place the swap order ?
