Phone swap

I did a swap almost 2 mths ago now and I was concered that I was still paying for the old phone so I called. Sky asked for the tracking number and I was told it had been recived and was just going through the process.

Some weeks later still showing on my account I rang again giving the tracking number, this time I was told it had not been recived, how can this be!

They assured me it would be sorted and any payments would be refunded, however, I looked again today 2 weeks later and again nothing has changed.

Any one else had this incompendant experance. I cannot swap my phone until this one is taken off my account.

Instigate insurence from royalmail if you have not recived it why keep hanging on.

In two months the returned phone should have been processed by now so I would register a complaint:
