I recently went to do a phone swap upgrade but it seems it's started a whole new contract instead, how do I send the new phone back to try the swap again in the correct way?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAll you can do is to call Sky on 150 to see if they can reinstate the swap or if they can't they might be able to cancel the order you have placed meaning you/them can then put it through as a swap.
