Phone swap delayed

I ordered a new phone so I could swap my Samsung phone for,Its now been two weeks that im waiting for my new phone to be processed and dispatched with return package to send my old phone back to Sky,It keeps saying on my account that its delayed and each time I ring Sky the keep telling me I will have it in a few days but nothing has changed,I was told when I ordered the new phone that I would receive it within two working days as its in stock and I also paid the upfront Deposit and have signed the contract agreement two weeks ago thanks

If Sky are awaiting stock from their supplier which might be what the issue is here then you will just have to wait as per their message as there is nothing that can be done to speed it up.

Thanks for your support but its in stock and has been since the day I ordered and payed my Deposit for it,I was told when I was ordering it I would have it within two working days so I dont honestly know what the problem is
