Phone says sim not provisioned

Phone says no sim

 

And says sim not provisioned 

 

I have taken the sim out and put it back in I also turned Phone off and on but no joy

I have the same problem - emergency calls only. Taken SIM out and no better. When I try to access mobile networks / network operatos Sky isn't even listed
