Phone returned by delivery company

My new mobile was never delivered. The delivery company have returned it to Sky. How long before this reflects in my account. Do I need to do anything about the contract I signed or will it be Cancelled automatically.

You need to contact Sky to ascertain why it was returned to them, such as unable to deliver a couple of times or you've failed one of the credit checks.
