Can anyone provide phone return address please?

Hi @LauraMcCormick  you will need to call sky on 150 to arrange any return and receive a returns label and address. Just having the address isn't sufficient.

I have done this twice. Phone and contract cancelled. Said I would receive email in 5 minutes, then it was the next day the. It was 3-5 days.

I believe the label has a barcode/QR code that identifies you and your account/phone which is why it's needed @LauraMcCormick. you could try the social media links at the bottom of this page to see if they can help.
